What details should be noted when using multi-channel weighing scales
The precautions for using multi-channel weighing scales are as follows:
1. Before operating the equipment, please check whether the power supply is normal and whether the weighing display is in the zero zone. To prevent danger, do not forcefully operate the equipment;
2. Please ensure that all parameters have been set before the equipment is running to avoid causing the system to malfunction;
3. During equipment operation, operators and other personnel are not allowed to reach out to inspect the equipment;
4. It is strictly prohibited to place heavy objects on the weighing platform to avoid damaging the sensors, and other items other than the test items should not be placed for testing;
5. During equipment operation, operators and other equipment should maintain a certain distance from the weighing platform and not touch it to affect the accuracy of weight inspection;
6. When the equipment is running, do not blow the air conditioner or fan towards the weighing platform, as this will affect the accuracy of the weight inspection scale;
7. After the installation and debugging of the program is completed, professionals who are not responsible for this project are not allowed to open the electrical cabinet to modify the system circuit and parameters, in order to avoid incorrect operations that may cause the equipment to malfunction;
When the operator leaves, please shut down the equipment. During normal operation of the equipment, operators should not leave without authorization, as this may cause the equipment to be unattended and lead to accidents.
Common problem-solving methods for multi-channel weighing scales:
1. There is significant residue on the weighing platform:
1) Check if the zeroing range of system parameters is set too small;
2) Check if there are any other debris left on the weighing platform;
3) Press the reset button to reset to zero again;
4) Check if anyone or equipment has touched the weighing platform;
2. Inaccurate weighing:
1) Check if anyone or equipment has touched the weighing platform;
2) Recalibrate.
3. The real-time weight of the weighing platform remains unchanged:
1) Check if the sensor is damaged;
2) Check if the wiring terminals of the
weighing module are loose;
3) Turn off the power and restart the system.
